paper discusses the development and application of computer programs
for Environmental Management Systems for the Ready Mixed Concrete
Industry. The presentation briefly reviews the background and reasons
for developing Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and what are the
key requirements of various International Environmental Standards such
as EMAS and ISO 14000.
